Annual Production of 150 tons of Pharmaceutical Intermediates Project" is hereby disclosed as follows:
What is a pharmaceutical intermediate
China requires more than 2000 types of raw materials and intermediates that are matched with chemical industry every year, with a demand of over 2.5 million tons. After more than 30 years of development, the chemical raw materials and intermediates required for pharmaceutical production in China can basically be matched, with only a small portion needing to be imported. Moreover, due to China's abundant resources and low raw material prices, many intermediates have been exported in large quantities. So, what are the development opportunities faced by China's pharmaceutical intermediate industry?
Production characteristics of pharmaceutical intermediates
Throughout the entire industry, there are currently six main characteristics in the production of pharmaceutical intermediates in China:Firstly, the production enterprises are mostly private enterprises, with flexible management and small investment scale, basically ranging from millions to 120 million yuan;
What are electronic chemicals
Also known as electronic chemical materials. Generally, it refers to specialized chemicals and chemical materials used in the electronic industry, including electronic components, printed circuit boards, various chemicals and materials used in the production and packaging of industrial and consumer complete machines. According to usage, it can be divided into substrates, photoresists, electroplating chemicals, packaging materials, high-purity reagents, special gases, solvents, pre cleaning dopants, solder masks, acids and corrosives, electronic adhesives and auxiliary materials, and other categories. Electronic chemicals have the characteristics of multiple varieties, high quality requirements, small dosage, strict requirements for environmental cleanliness, fast product updates, large capital investment, and high added value of products. These characteristics are becoming increasingly evident with the development of micro processing technology.
