The environmental impact assessment of Sanmenxia Yuxing Fine Chemical Products Co., LTD. 30t/a Tadana non-intermediate (methyl chloride), 150t/a 9-phenylacridine, 30t/a tetraphenyl (pentafluorophenyl) sodium boride, 300t/a tri (p-dimethylaminophenyl) Methane Project has started. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Environmental Impact Assessment and the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment Decreed by the Ministry of Ecology and Environmental Protection [No. 4], public participation in the project is now carried out. 1. Name and summary of the construction project

Sanmenxia Yuxing Fine Chemical Products Co., Ltd. is located in the industrial agglomeration zone of Shanzhou District, Sanmenxia City, mainly engaged in the production of n-butylthiophosphoric triamine and 5-aminosalicylic acid. Currently, there are two production lines in the factory, with the production scale of 120t/a n-butylthiophosphoric triamine and 50t/ A5-aminosalicylic acid. The acid waste gas produced in the production process is absorbed by water spray and discharged at high altitude. The production waste water is treated together with domestic waste water into the integrated biochemical treatment facility for treatment and discharge to the standard. The hazardous solid waste plant is temporarily stored and regularly treated by qualified units. According to the data period of the existing project acceptance monitoring, the waste gas, waste water and noise can meet the standard requirements to discharge, and the solid waste can be properly treated. Up to now, no public complaints have occurred.

With the development of the market, the company plans to invest 35 million yuan in the construction of 30t/a tadana non-intermediate (methyl chloride), 150t/a 9-phenylacridine, 30t/a tetraphenyl (pentafluorophenyl) sodium boride, 300t/a tri (p-dimethylaminophenyl) methane projects in the existing plant. The construction content of this project is mainly for the construction of four production lines, new production workshop, fire pool, sewage treatment station and other related supporting facilities. After the completion of the project, the expected annual output value is 220 million yuan, the profit is 82.5 million yuan, the tax is over 30 million yuan, and 100 people will be employed. The economic and social benefits are remarkable. This project has been put on record, project code: 2019-411203-26-03-014085, project construction conforms to the national industrial policy.
